Punkham Mayhem is a work of fiction. All characters, organisations,
locations, events, factions, dialogue, and storylines depicted in
the game are entirely imaginary and created for entertainment
purposes only.
No real persons. Any resemblance to
actual people - living or deceased - is entirely coincidental and
unintentional.
No real places. "Punkham" and all
in-game locations are fictional. They do not represent, depict,
or comment on any real city, neighbourhood, or country.
No real organisations. Any gangs,
factions, corporations, or institutions in the game are invented.
They are not intended to represent or malign any real group.
No real events. In-game news, lore,
and historical references are part of the fictional world and
should not be interpreted as commentary on real-world events.
The "Punkham" name, setting, characters, and universe are original
creative works owned by Chris Nwasike / Punkverse World Ltd. Any
similarity to other games, stories, or fictional worlds is coincidental.

Punkham Mayhem features urban street themes, stylised violence,
gang conflict, and strong language that may not be suitable for
all players. By playing the game you confirm that you are
comfortable with this type of content.
Stylised violence - combat and
conflict are central game mechanics. Violence is depicted in a
stylised, non-realistic way.
Strong language - dialogue and
in-game text may include coarse or crude language consistent
with the punk / urban aesthetic.
Gang and criminal themes - the game
world involves organised criminal factions. This is purely
fictional and not intended to glorify real-world crime.

4. No Warranty on Uptime or Availability
Punkham Mayhem is provided on an

The game may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or
unexpected outages. We are not liable for any loss - including lost
scores, progress, or data - resulting from interruptions to the
service, regardless of cause.

Your save is local
Game progress is stored in your browser's localStorage. Clearing
your browser data, switching browsers, or resetting your device
will permanently delete it. We hold no server-side backup of your
local save.

Story, dialogue, and character designs may be updated or revised.
Leaderboard
Rankings may be reset between seasons or after major updates.

This disclaimer, the ToS, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and EULA
